The highly anticipated GoPro WiFi BacPac has had its release date pushed back until April. We were told about this awesome GoPro accessory when the GoPro HD HERO2 was released. A brief overview of the product and its features were posted on GoPro’s website at the time, giving all the avid GoPro users something to salivate over.

Connecting to your GoPro HD HERO’s HERO port, the WiFi BacPac enables remote control functionality on both the HD HERO and the HD HERO2. While on the GoPro HD HERO2, it also enables live streaming from the camera itself. Exact details have not been released, but the basic overview is enough to get us excited about its pending release date.
